Presentation Primary School, George’s Hill is celebrating its 250th birthday this year, 2016. To mark this historic event, Mass is being offered in St. Michan’s, Halston Street on Monday 21st November (Presentation Day) at 11am. All past pupils and members of the local community are invited to join us for this special occasion.
President Michael D. Higgins and Archbishop Diarmuid Martin will visit George’s Hill School on Wednesday 23rd November at 11am to unveil a plaque in honour of the 250th birthday. All are welcome
A Camino information meeting will take place on Friday evening, 2nd December at 7pm. Umberto and Barbara from ‘Follow the Camino’ will explain everything about how best to prepare and get the most out of taking part in this pilgrimage.

This year the parish celebrates its 200th anniversary and you are invited to attend a special mass to mark this significant milestone in the life of the Parish and its people.
