Franciscan Sunday 2025, Knock Shrine

All roads lead to Knock Shrine on Sunday 30th of June 2025 for the annual Franciscan Pilgrimage. Franciscans from all Orders come to Knock each year for this very special Sunday. It’s a wonderful opportunity to encounter the fullness of the Franciscan vocation and meet up with our Sisters and Brothers from the other Franciscan Orders.

Since 2022, we Capuchins have had Friars living and working at Knock Shrine. Br Terence ministers as Curate to Knock Parish and the other Friars have a ministry of prayerful presence, witness and reconciliation to the pilgrims.

If you are in Knock this weekend or at any other time, please make sure to say hello when you see the Friars around the Shrine.

May The Lord through the intercession of St Francis and St Claire, bless all those will make this pilgrimage to Knock.
