This FLP is designed for young adults who wish to train as Intentional Christian Leaders. The programme is experiential and draws on the wisdom and experience of a panel of experts who help the participants grow personally and spiritually as they become Gospel-Centred Leaders.

Participants on the FLP engage with pastoral and leadership skills such as mentoring, journalling, reflective practice, social analysis and gospel-centred decision making. Alongside these skills participants grow their own network and develop transferable communication, presentation and planning skills.

FLP graduates have gone on to hold key leadership roles in their parishes, community groups and workplaces as well as at major events such as the World Meeting of Families and World Youth Day.

The FLP runs from October 2019 to April 2020 and is delivered in St Paul’s Church Arran Quay Dublin 7. For more information see www.evangelisation.ie
