Passing to the Lord of Br. Noel Winston 18th December 1937 – 7th August 2015
Dear friends,
Please pray with us for the eternal repose of the soul of our brother, Noel Winston, who passed peacefully to the Lord yesterday evening in St. Francis Hospice, Raheny in the presence of his sister Kay and the friars.
May he rest in peace.
Brother Noel (Athanasius) was born in Co. Roscommon, on 18th December 1937. He joined the Order on October 3rd 1958, was perpetually professed on October 4th 1962 and ordained on June 1st 1966. He left for Cape Town, South Africa in April 1967 and worked there as a missionary until late last year. Since his return, he was stationed in Raheny Friary, Dublin.
May God reward him for his kindness, generosity and pastoral care of the people among whom he served.
Funeral Arrangements are as follows:
Lying in Repose in the Capuchin Friary Raheny, Dublin from 12 noon on Monday August 10th.
Removal and Reception to Friary Oratory with Evening Prayer:
Monday Evening at 5:30pm.
Requiem Mass and Funeral on Tuesday August 11th (Feast of St. Clare of Assisi) at 11am in the Capuchin Friary Raheny, followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetry, Dublin.
Eternal Rest grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him.

May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
