Dawn Sitting: A decaf Moment

Dawn Sitting.

To sit
in
stillness
as dawn
wakes,
is a
sacred joy.
Keeping watch
as
first light
illumines
the heart’s
altar,
calling it from
its
flickering
candled
dream-darkness
into the
now,
of
awake awareness;
is to dwell within
a
daily resurrection.
Sitting still
I allow
Divine attention
to
breathe blessing
through me
upon the
hinge
of
the morning,
so as
to watch
its door open
within
to Divine Light
and
then,
I begin again,
in Love.
